Did you know  that we have many of our members who participate in this great Mother's Day weekend event?  Four of us will be showing in Semiahmoo at Ganga Engledow's home.  Peg Cutting will have the Table Top Shoppe open with several artists showing there.  There are 19 stops around Blaine to enjoy including the Resort, Peace Park, and Dakota Creek Winery.  The other venues will actually be at the studios of the artists.  Please check out more information here by clicking on the Member's Bulletin Board to the left.

May Luncheon

Speaker:  Jay Dennison

"Grow Washington"

We are completing our series on gardening by hearing from Jay about the Grow Washington program.    You can have fresh, local, organic produce delivered to your neighborhood for pick up weekly through this program;  AND  you are supporting our local farmers.  Items change as the seasons progress.  If this seems like too much produce, you can share with a friend.  Even if you aren't personally interested, this is a great program to know about in order to share with others.  Please join us!

New neighbors?

The Semiahmoo Ladies Club is a  welcoming place for new ladies in our community to meet others and learn more about their new neighborhood.

Please consider inviting them to our next luncheon.

If they are purchasing a home, we receive that information from the SRA, and we send them a welcome packet about our club.

If they are renters, we have no way to let them know about us.  You can help by emailing their name and address to Hazel Chausse, our membership chair.  She will then send them a  welcome packet.
